Comments:
The inspector conducted an unannounced renewal study on 2/29/2016 at the center from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. On 1/4/2016 the inspector reviewed three staff records and board background checks at the main office for 1.5 hours. There were 31 children in care with five staff supervising at all times. The cook and family service worker were also present. Children were observed finishing breakfast, brushing teeth, washing hands, and playing at centers. Three children's recrods were reviewed. One medication and the required paper work was reviewed. The playground was not inspected due to snow on the ground. Thank you for your cooperation and if you have any questions please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981.
