Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 6:40 am - 7:45 am. There were 11 children in care being supervised by 3 staff members. The children were observed in table top activities, dancing, and participating in a chemistry experiment. Breakfast served today is chicken slider, cereal, cheese stick, banana, and orange juice. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Ten medications were reviewed and in compliance. There are currently two staff members who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified. The most recent emergency escape drill and shelter in place drill were conducted 01/15/2016.
