Child #4, who has been in care for three months, was missing the policies for the administration of medication. The child was present and in care at the time of the inspection.Plan of Correction: The provider will have the parent to review and sign the policies for the administration of medications and document the record. The provider will ensure that each parent will have the policies for administration of medication before the child attends the program.
