Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced focused "other" inspection conducted on February 19, 2016. The on-site visit was conducted from 10:20a.m. to 12:30p.m. The inspection involved a self-reported incident that was reported to the Valley Licensing Office on February 18, 2016. Three (3) staff members were interviewed and the enrollment information for two (2) children were reviewed. Three (3) classrooms were observed. There were no violations of the licensing standards cited as a result of the inspection. At the time of the visit, there were eighteen (18) children present in the center and in the care of three (3) staff members. Two (2) additional staff members were available to assist if needed.
