An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 4/15/25 and completed on 4/15/25, as part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:15 a.m. and ended at 12:05 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and two caregivers; the point total was 25. This inspection included document review tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
