An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/29/2025 and completed on 04/29/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:10AM and ended at 11:00AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 11. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-50-A Description: The family day home shall keep a written record of children in attendance each day.
The Provider did not have attendance for the Licensing Inspector to review and stated that she did not typically keep attendance.Plan of Correction: I will start keeping attendance right away.
