During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

Comments:
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 4/20/25 and completed on the same day, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 15:30 and ended at 16:35. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 35. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations:
Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F
Description: The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

The provider did not have the most recent licensing paperwork from the previous inspection posted.

Plan of Correction: I will make sure I print out the paperwork when I receive it and post.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-830-C
Description: Documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation conducted monthly.

The provider did not record the drills conducted in November and December 2024.

Plan of Correction: We ran out of paper and did not ahve room on the form to write more. We have a new form no but will remember that we can just write the information on the back of the form.
