Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Sixty four children were present with five staff. The children were eating snack, doing homework, making handprint peacocks and playing games in the gym. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. The violations cited at the last inspection have been corrected. Description: Based on observation, a medication for one child that is kept on site in case of an emergency, has expired.

Plan of Correction: Return to parent and request new medication.
