During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 6/3/2025, as a part of a planned move. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:00 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children in care at this time, the children will transfer to the new home on 6/9/2025.
This inspection included: document review, and tour of the home, childcare area and outside play area.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
