An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/28/16 between 10:20 and 1:00. The inspection was conducted with the director. The inspector spoke with staff and children in all classrooms. The following staff/child ratios were observed: Infants ? two staff with eight children; Toddlers - three staff with 13 children; 2?s - two staff with 14 children; 3?s - two staff with 19 children; 4 and 5?s - one staff with 10 children; School age - one staff with 13 children, one staff with 17 children, one staff with 14 children. The children were observed eating lunch, painting flower pots, playing on the playground and staff were observed taking the infants out in the buggy. Lunch today was turkey and cheese wraps, pineapple, broccoli and milk. All required documents were posted including license, licensing notices, menu, and evacuation information.
