The Licensing Inspector discussed pets, attendance records, transportation and required permission slips and postings.

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted 6/12/2025 from 11:05am-12:05pm. There were 2 children and 1 caregiver present during the inspection; totaling 2 points. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 2 caregiver/household records onsite. The inspection included document review, interviews, observations, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
