An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30 am - 12:30pm. There were 23 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children' records, children's medications records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, in gaged in a group game of tag, inspector also observed the transition from outside to inside that included head counts and hand washing routines. The center was clean and organized. An exit interview was conducted at the time of the inspection. Evidence: Emergency contact information for child A and child B were found to be incomplete. Plan of Correction: Site supervisor will obtain complete information at pick up today from parent.
