An unannounced investigation was initiated on 6/6/25 and completed on 6/26/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/20/25 relating to allegations of Administration. This investigation included interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
