An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 7/1/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-240-A Description: Areas and furnishings of the family day home, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
The rope connecting swing to structure was slightly frayed.Plan of Correction: Will need to be relaced.
