Please review foods for children that are potential choking hazards when the co-op parent brings in snack. Raisins are not recommended for children under 4 years of age.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted for both the preschool program and the co-op program. All groups were in ratio with staff and parent volunteers. Space is well equipped for age groups. The preschool room was working on letters of the alphabet, play in the gym and transition back to the room for snack. The co-op groups were engaged in free play and snack. Just a reminder that all purses from home that contain cosmetics or medications must be stored in an area that is not accessible to children-they were observed on the counters in the classroom space. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please sign and date the report and return it to me within 10 calendar days from date of receipt. If you have any questions regarding the inspection, please feel free to contact me. Thank you Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860 email@example.com
