Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted today from 145-305. The Inspector reviewed records, daily schedules, classes, ratios, and special care provisions. The Inspector observed diaper changes, hand washing, transition to afternoon, and group play. The center has new equipment and this includes furniture and age/stage appropriate equipment. The center is preparing for summer and staff have been promoted to continue the growth in the early learning building. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Description: Based on observation, the center has cleaning substance in a few areas where children may have access to. The Swifter Mops have the cleaning solutions inserted into the mops and they are not in use.

Plan of Correction: We are going to remove solution and lock up. We will only place the solutions into the mop when using it.
