An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 07/31/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:25 am and ended at 11:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 2. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record and 4 caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
