- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection May 18, 2016 from approximately 2:50pm to 5:45pm. There were a total of 88 children being supervised by 12 staff members including the director during the inspection. The children were observed participating in a variety of activities. Children were observed playing video games, playing outside, working on computers, completing homework, playing ping-pong, reading books, and eating snack.
The following information was reviewed during the inspection: injury reports, daily attendance, emergency drill logs, emergency supplies, emergency preparedness plan, parent agreements, and staff training information. Last documented health inspection occurred on 01/20/16 and the last documented fire inspection occurred on 11/03/15. The classrooms, bathrooms, hallways and outside play areas were checked.
