During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 15, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:50am and ended at 12:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and three caregivers; the point total was 32. The inspector reviewed ten children?s records and four caregiver/household member/volunteer records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
- Violations:

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-60-B Description: Children's records are required to contain name, address and telephone numbers of two designated persons to contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached. The record for Child #4 was missing the address information for both emergency contact persons. The child was present during the inspection and had been in care for two years. Plan of Correction: I will text the parents right now and will get the address for both persons today.
