Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00 to 3:00pm. Ratios for both preschool groups operating this afternoon were found in compliance. Children were eating snack, having show and tell, and making gingerbread men. The pre K group went to the farm to give the the farmer the chicks they had incubated. They also had a guest visitor come to talk to them about the country of Albania. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. Description: Based on observation, a prescription medication for one child that is to be given in case of an allergic reaction, had expired.

Plan of Correction: Parent was asked to supply updated medication immediately.
