Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 2, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:25 AM and ended at 9:35 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present, totaling 21 points, and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed % children?s records and 3 staff/household records on site. This inspection included: ? document review, ? tour of the facility, ? interviews, and ? observations: The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
