An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 7, 2016. The director was present for the inspection. In the grouping of first through third grade children there were 9 children with 1 staff. The children were reading books. In a second grouping of second through fourth grade children there were 6 children with 1 staff. The children were reading books, doing homework, and playing a game. A third grouping included 9 children in fifth and sixth grades with 1 staff. The children were engaged in free time activities. At 4:20 7 more children arrived and went into their appropriate age groups. Inspection began: 3:20 Inspection ended: 4:30
