An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection on 10/14/25 from 11:30am to 12:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present (9 points) and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or
law. No violations were issued.
