Technical Assistance:
Discussed the following with SACC administration: Staff emergency contacts form will be reviewed on site, recommended a copy also be kept on file in HR, Daily Health Observation training certificate will be kept on site starting September 2016, Date background checks that are resent on copies kept in HR, School year includes summer program also for medication forms.

Comments:
6-21-16 A review of staff personnel files was conducted this date by inspectors Margaret Allworth, Erika Gibson, Keesha Minor, and Derek Acosta at the Pennino SACC office building. Record reviews for new hires and subs are documented with the Herndon site file.
