The investigation was conducted beginning at 10:00 and ending at approximately 11:30. During the investigation 4 staff were interviewed and observations were conducted on the playground and the classroom. Based on the results of the interviews and observations and because there was no corroborating evidence, the complaint was deemed to be Not Valid. Description: Based on interviews with staff and administrative personnel, it was determined that children are being moved from one classroom to another in order to maintain appropriate ratios. Evidence: A three year old child was moved from her classroom(Oceans) to the classroom across the hall (Jungle) on 6/9/16 at 4:30 p.m. There were 11 children in the Oceans classroom and the second teacher was told by administrative staff to go home as it was the end of her shift. Staff stated that this is an ongoing practice.

Plan of Correction: The Director stated that the administrative staff are covering classrooms when there is a need and two vacant staff positions have been filled. This violation was corrected on the day of the inspection.
