Comments:
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated in the center on June 15, 2016 and completed it on June 29, 2016 in response to a complaint that was received regarding the area of special care provisions and emergencies. Related documentation was reviewed and interviews were conducted with center staff and observations were also made related to medication. Based on information obtained during the inspection the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation related to special care provisions and emergencies therefore the complaint is noted as not valid.
