An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on October 23, 2025 and completed on October 23, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:35 am and ended at 12:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 34. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on October 23, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
