During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

The inspection findings have been updated as a result of a second step review completed on January 13, 2026.
An unannounced investigation was initiated on October 27, 2025, and completed on October 29, 2025, with local agencies in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 23, 2025, relating to allegations of behavioral guidance. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
