The Licensing Inspector discussed background checks, stock epinephrine, and how to become a subsidy vendor.

Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/9/2025 from 11:35am to 12:15pm. There were 2 children and 1 caregiver present; totaling 6 points. The inspector reviewed 2 child records and 3 caregiver/household records. The inspection included document review, interviews, observation, and a walk thru of the program. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards and law. No violations were issued.
