Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on January 8, 2026 and completed on January 8, 2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:40am and ended at 10:45am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 29). The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 caregiver/household members records on-site on January 8, 2026 This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
