Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced licensing renewal study from 10:00 a.m. until 12:15. There were 15 children in care with three staff supervising at all times. Children were observed being read to, playing at centers, walking to the bathroom to wash hands and then to lunch. Three children's records were reviewed. Two staff records were reviewed at the main office on 8/8/2016. There was one repeat violation from today's inspection. Please contact your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-320-B
Description: Based on measurement, the center failed to have water at a temperature that did not exceed 120 degrees. Evidence: 1. The inspector measured the water temperature in the elementary school adjacent to the gym and the water measured 139 degrees.

Plan of Correction: The parts of been ordered for the sink so that water will be maintained at120 degrees or less.
