An unannounced inspection was conducted at the facility on September 2, 2016, from approximately 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm. Upon entrance there were 33 children and 6 staff . The Licensing Inspector observed children playing with manipulatives, nap time and children watching a movie. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children records and 1 staff records. Medication is not given at the center. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, injury report documentation, children and staff records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, fire and health inspection reports, liability insurance coverage, emergency supplies and required postings. Please complete the columns for description of action to be taken and date to be corrected for each violation cited on the violation notice, and then return a signed copy to the licensing office within 10 calendar days of receipt. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on September 2, 2016, the licensing inspector observed in the cabinet under the diapering area hand antiseptic. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on September 2, 2016, the Licensing Inspector observed in the infant/toddler classroom baby wipes on top of the diapering surface.
