66 children present with 4 staff during this monitoring visit. The children were observed having snack, today's snack was snack mix and juice. After snack a group went out and played on the playground and another group did homework. After homework the children are playing games, painting and drawing. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-70-A Description: The staff emergency contacts were not at the site. Evidence: Reviewed emergency files on ipad and binder and current staff at the center could not be located at either location. Plan of Correction: I will make sure we get the emergency contacts.
