An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 03/02/2026, as a part of the licensure period.
The on-site inspection began at 9:00am and ended at 9:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 34. The inspector reviewed 12 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records on-site.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
