An unannounced investigation was conducted today regarding a self-reported concern. Staff were interviewed; records were reviewed and classrooms were observed The following licensing standards were the focus of the investigation: Supervision: 340 A and F. After careful review, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the concern. Therefore it is being deemed invalid.
