An unannounced inspection was conducted today at 340 in the afternoon. The children were dismissed from school and proceeded to the cafeteria for snack. Hand washing was observed before and after snack. Due to the rain, the children stayed inside but the gym was open and available. There were a total of 50 children with 5 staff and the children were split in groups based on their interests. Attendance procedures and special care provisions were also observed. Children's records were also checked and two staff with MAT certification were present. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Child #2's file has not been yearly updated for the 2016-2017 year. 2. #3's file does not have an address for one of the emergency contacts. 3.
