An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted, 10/3/16. Upon arrival to the center the LI was greeted by the new program director. There are also two new staff at the center. Once all the children arrived the staff began preparing the children for snack, washing hands, cleaning off and sanitizing the tables outside and handing out pop-tarts, juice and water to the children. Following snack the children washed hands and prepared for the day. Those needing to do homework stayed inside while the remaining children went outside to play on the playground. A violation notice was completed regarding the violations found during today's inspection. Children's records were reviewed for compliance. There are 34 children in care with two staff and a third staff arrived at 3:45 pm. The center has two junior staff to help when needed. Staff records to be reviewed at the main office.

Board members # 1, 2, and 3 were appointed July 2016 as an officer of the board and there are no central registry, criminal history record checks, or sworn statements on file.
