Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:00 to 1:00pm. Ratios for all six groups were found in compliance. Some of the activities the children were participating in were music, show and tell, learning the letter of the week, painting and listening to stories. They were also eating lunch and playing outside. Positive staff/child interactions were observed, and good opportunities for language development were provided. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current first aid, CPR and MAT certification were on site. New staff records were reviewed and found in order. The exit interview was conducted with the director. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 703-479-4709.
