Standard #: 22VAC40-185-570-E Description: Based on observation, the facility did not ensure all prepared infant formula was dated. Evidence: During the inspection, the licensing inspector observed two bottles belonging to Child #4 placed inside the Younger Infant's refrigerator. The bottles were labeled with the child's name but were not labeled with the date. Plan of Correction: Per director - Corrected during the inspection.
