Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted on November 2, 2016. The on-site inspection was from 9:20a.m. to 11:50a.m. On this date, there were 21children present and in the care of three (3) staff members. There were a total of 36 children enrolled in the morning preschool program. The violation from the previous inspection was reviewed for compliance. There were three (3) children's records reviewed and three (3) staff records reviewed. There were two (2)staff members interviewed, as well as three (3) children. There were no medications being administered on this date which is the policy of the center. Snack was provided by the center and consisted of goldfish crackers and apple juice. There were no violations cited during the inspection and the exit interview was conducted on this date. Wiggles for Wednesday (large motor activities), choice/center time, transitions, morning snack, hand washing and bathroom procedures, Thanksgiving art activities, circle time, story time, and dismissal procedures were observed during the visit.
