Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 11/14/2016. The inspector observed 6 children directly supervised by 4 staff members. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. A sample of 3 children's records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The physical plant, emergency supplies and procedures were also reviewed. There were no medications on site during today's inspection. The children were observed eating lunch consisting of corn dogs, rice, broccoli and water; and napping. The exit interview was conducted with the Director. If you have any questions regarding today's inspection, please contact Kara Wright at (703) 537-6241 or kara.wright@dss.virginia.gov.
