63.2 Facilities and Programs..

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted this afternoon at 4 PM. There were 18 children ( 2 years -4 years) present with 5 staff. The Director was not present today and the Inspector was unable to view records at this time. The staff were friendly cooperative and able to answer questions regarding the children and program. Children were observed playing outside, playing with toys, and using play dough. Dismissal of children was also observed and children were talkative with the Inspector. please call with questions 703-479 4679.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A
Description: Based on observation and record review, the center does not have a current fire inspection permit. The permit expired in September , 2016.

Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation, the center did not keep all cleaning items in a locked area. The items observed were stored in cabinet that had the locking mechanism open.

Plan of Correction: Corrected during the visit.
