Technical Assistance:
Discussed with Director and Regional Manager: movement of children in classrooms to maintain ratios.

Comments:
An unannounced Complaint investigation was begun today in response to an allegation received in our office. Based upon multiple staff interviews and available documentation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The complaint is not valid.
5 staff files were reviewed. All were in compliance.
Medications emergency escape drills, diapering, labeled bottles, rest cot placement and ratios were all in compliance.
