Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the center director and area director beginning at 3:10 PM and ending at 5:00 PM. There were fifty-five children in care, ages ranging from five to eleven years old. Eight children were observed transitioning to their extracurricular at the school. Children were observed coloring and drawing and during outdoor recreational time. Children were also observed during snack time which consisted of milk and graham crackers. Six children's records and two staff records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. Eight medications were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The first aid kit, battery operated flashlight, and weather band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted October 25, 2016. Description: Based on a review of documentation it was determined the facility did not have a current annual fire inspection. Evidence: The most recent documentation of a fire inspection was dated September 30, 2015.

Plan of Correction: The center director was informed that a fire inspection was conducted but the school has not received the documentation. The center will receive a copy of the fire inspection when the school receives it.
