- Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 12:02pm to 01:20pm. The children were observed going to the restroom and resting on cots. The infants were observed sleeping in their cribs. Today lunch consisted of vienna sausages, crackers, tossed salad, grapes and milk. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection. All classrooms and the playground was inspected today as well as the facility?s mini van. Three children?s records and one employee record were reviewed during this inspection. The center administers medication; however they did not have any being given at this time. Four of injury reports were reviewed. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 11/7/2016 Last shelter-in-place drill: 11/7/2016 Last fire inspection: 7/22/2016 Last health inspection: 9/21/2016 Total enrollment today:39 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infants ?3:1 Toddlers & Twos ? 11:2 Threes ?14:2 Pre-K ?11:2 School Age ?not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
