Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Ratios for all groups were in compliance. The children were being dismissed at the time of the inspection. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. All information required to be posted, was posted. The violation cited at the last inspection was corrected. Staff records were not checked today, but will be checked at the next inspection. The exit interview was conducted with the director. Description: Based on observation, a prescription medication for one child was not in the original container from the pharmacy with the prescription label attached to it.

Plan of Correction: The container with the prescription label for this medication will be obtained.
