Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 11:15 AM and ending at 1:45 PM. There were ninety-two children were in care ages ranging from four months to five years old. The children were observed eating lunch which consisted of turkey and cheese wraps, green beans, apples or applesauce, and milk. The children were observed listening to stories, playing with manipulatives, during free play, and nap time. Bottle feeding, diapering, and hand-washing procedures were also observed. Five children's records and four staff were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. Six medications were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted on November 2, 2016. The most recent fire inspection was conducted on August 8, 2016. The most recent health inspection was conducted on February 3, 2016. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance.
