An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:20 a.m. - 1:55 p.m. There were seventy-four children in care with fifteen teachers working directly with them. There was an additional staff person available to assist as needed. Four children's records were reviewed. The record for two teachers were reviewed. At the time of arrival there were children playing outside. The children were observed playing with toys, during hand washing and toileting, lunch, laughing and talking with one another and their teachers, playing a guessing flashcard game, napping and watching a holiday movie.
