Comments:
The Licensing inspector arrived at 10:00am on 12/29/16 to conduct an inspection to review a request made by the facility to change the age range of children on their license to include children ages 6 weeks - 16 months. The room, equipment and supplies to be used by the new age group were inspected and measured. Based on the measurements taken, the certificate of occupancy and the building evaluation form, there can be a maximum of 54 children under the age of two and-a-half years old, which includes the new age group. The use of the outdoor play area by the new age group was discussed as a part of their playground safety plan. There will be two classrooms that will be used for children ages 6 weeks - 16 months. Each classroom has a door that opens directly to the outside area.
