An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 1/12/17. Upon arrival to the center the children were busy playing with the available toys, reading books. There are 14 children in care ranging in age from 2 months to four years with three teaching staff and the administrator. Lunch, table sanitizing, and hand washing were observed.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-70-A Description: Based on review of records the center failed to have the required information in the staff record. Evidence: 1. Staff record #1 did not list the experience of the staff person. Plan of Correction: The administrator will have the experience placed in the file.
